Yoga and Pilates Technique Sessions

In group classes, it can be hard to tell if you're truly moving well. These 1:1 sessions offer a chance to go deeper into your practice — refining technique, improving alignment, and focusing on the details that often get missed.

Sessions are built around the areas of practice, or specific poses and movements you would like to refine.

If you're ready, these sessions can push your practice to the next level, challenging your capacity to grow and improve.

  • Session focus is guided by you, from:

    • Correct core and stabiliser muscle engagement across all poses

    • Practice area refinement i.e. back extension poses / inversions / spinal articulation

    • Identifying compensations or imbalances across your practice

    • Finding power in key poses or movements

    • Building body awareness & movement habits

  • Anytime you like - as a one-off, or a regular session

  • Movement Therapy blends release and activation. Expect hands-on muscle testing, fascia release, cupping therapy combined with Guided by your choice of mat pilates, reformer pilates or yoga.
